Reading is one my favorites things to do and I love sharing what I've been reading. I get so many questions on book recommendations. At the beginning of the year, I told myself that I would try to read more than 3 books a month. This January I read 5 really good books that I want to share with you, along with what I plan on reading this month.

45 DAYS OF PINK || Kellyprepster

Hello Blog!

Back in December, I woke up one night and had this fun idea. Every February, I only wear pink leading up to Valentine's Day...and this year I wanted to go BIG! Since January 1st, I have started my #45DAYSOFPINK challenge, and have been only wearing preppy pink outfits. Over on Instagram, I have been sharing my outfits and I have also been sharing YOUR pink outfits! Be sure to check out my instagram if you want to see of the pink outfits so far. GET TO KNOW ME

Hello Blog!

Oh my gosh, hi, my name is Kelly! Fun fact behind my name, my mom named me after Barbie's little sister, Kelly, because she thought it would be the perfect little sister's name since I have two older brothers.

You might know me from my YouTube or Instagram. Outfit of the days and fashion posts are one of my favorites but I also share beauty and lifestyle content, too.  I love sharing my style and helping others find theirs. It's so much fun to be able to connect with all of you and talk about our similar interests. Of course, I will be sharing a lot here on my blog, too. One of my goals for this year is to really work on my blog to share and create even more content for y'all! 

I absolutely love fashion. I can talk about it nonstop... well, I can go on and on about anything, but fashion is my favorite topic. A few years ago, when I was a Sophomore in high school I found out about the preppy style and have been obsessed with it ever since. You'll probably find me wearing pink (my favorite color) or something very bright and colorful. Mixing prints, sparkly sequins, monograms, layering, and lots of fun accessories are usually included in my outfits.

When I'm not talking about fashion, editing youtube videos, and writing blog posts... I am most likely enjoying one of my many hobbies. I love love love reading! My favorite type of books are self improvement and business/ money management. I always feel like I can learn somethings new from those books, but don't get me wrong, I definitely enjoy a Nicholas Sparks romance novel here and there. Along with reading, I love being active; I especially love running. Recently, I have been waking up early to get my run it, and it just sets the foundation for a great day. Ever since I was little I enjoyed creating, and I still like to draw and paint. I have a sketchbook that I've been working on for a while now. It always helps me stay inspired. Although, a  majority of my time is spent with friends and family.

Hopefully after reading this, you'll now know a little more about me. I am so excited for this year and to be sharing more with you on my blog!

Hello 2019 & New Goals || Kellyprepster

Hello Blog!

First off, happy New Year! I still can't believe it's 2019, it just sounds so futuristic to me. It's been a while since my last blog post... I can explain....I went a little overboard and got caught up in the holidays...LOL! After, lots of holiday fun and catching up on sleep I am back, better than ever. 

It's crazy how fast January is going by, I feel like I was just writing a post like this for 2018, yesterday. January in my option, is the Monday of the year. We all know how much I love Mondays! A new year brings a fresh start and new ideas. I thought it would be fun to share my goals for this year with you. Like I mentioned last year when I shared my 2018 goals with you, putting your goals on the internet really does motivate ya... LOL!

My Goals for 2019:

Read 3 books every month

Try to learn something new everyday

Start a gratitude journal & journal

Eat cleaner

Be active for at least 10 minutes every day

Start going to bed earlier

Create the perfect morning routine

Floss more

Keep responding to ALL comments & interacting with all of you

Work on blog & share more blog posts

Spread positivity and happiness

Try new things

& To keep working on and sharing my style
