Oh my gosh, one of my favorite things about the end of Spring is flower shopping! My mom and I always plant our flowers together and it's so much fun. This year when we went out to shop for our flowers I wore these darling Lilly Pulitzer shorts with this cute ruffle top. Ruffles are totally making a comeback!
